We can only accept complete orders with correct address data. Fragmentary or faulty orders will not be processed.
All offers are not-binding and without obligation. Whilst we make every effort to ensure that the contents of our Web site are as accurate and faithful as possible, we cannot accept any responsibility or liability whatsoever for their accuracy, completeness, freedom from error or up-to-dateness.
Please note that by placing an order, you are making an offer on our site. A contract will be formed only if your order is accepted by us, the seller. Acceptance of payment does not yet indicate the formation of a contract.
Payment & Shipping
We accept the following forms of payment:
- Advance Bank Transfer
- Major Credit Cards (via PayPal).
If you choose to pay via advance bank transfer you will need to physically transfer the money from your bank account to ours, either by online banking or by visiting your bank directly. We will only be able to process your order after confirming receipt of the funds on our bank account. We will ship the item/s as soon as the payment has cleared in out account, and we will notify you as soon as the item/s are shipped. Please make payments to the following account, and don't forget to include your order number!

Returns & Exchanges
You are welcome to exchange any clothing item if the size sent to you is inappropriate. Such items can be exchanged with the same product of the other size if available. In this case, the shipment cost of sending the order to us and sending it back to you will have to be covered by you. Please include your order number and a full explanation in your email, and contact us HERE
If you do not include the order number, we can not proceed your complaint or make a return!
We also accept & exchange returns if the product has been received in damaged condition. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us HERE
Defects caused by the consumer and/or resulting from improper use will not be taken into consideration in any claim.
Any item that is soiled and/or damaged will not be exchanged and any returned items will be resent back to the original delivery address.
Note: Soiled includes the excessive odour of perfume and smoke. New items will only be sent after we have received back the original order.
All returns and exchanges will be processed within 14 working days.
We ship with standard Polish Post & Air Mail. Please understand that this is cheaper, but may also take longer than other services such as DHL, UPS etc. If your order seems to be delayed, please contact us HERE.
